TECHWAVES is a meeting for leaders who make decisions in conditions of increasing complexity and uncertainty.
We focus not on technologies per se, but on how to develop and implement them without losing control over security, costs, and business continuity.
Therefore, the program combines three perspectives:

Three parallel, 90-minute sessions of decision-making scenarios
Presentation on how to build direction in times of change
on key industry challenges
among leaders and decision-makers
TECHWAVES is a unique platform for dialogue, bringing together leaders and decision-makers from three areas that form the backbone of modern infrastructure. Although these sectors differ in their specifics, their strategic challenges remain the same: operational security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Gain unique knowledge and inspiration for growth. The event includes three parallel, 90-minute workshops led by renowned experts and practitioners in business transformation:
Participate in expert discussions about the future of the heating and telecommunications sectors.
During the debates, we will jointly analyze the key challenges and development directions of both industries. We will focus on real-world market scenarios and examine how technological transformation, cybersecurity, automation, and new operating models are impacting the future of critical infrastructure and network services.
What will you gain? A unique opportunity to exchange experiences, learn practical market perspectives, and discuss with thought leaders.
Tailor the program to your needs. Choose one of three independent thematic tracks that best suits your competencies and business challenges:

Workshop Session “Business Challenges” Sessions Workshop Session “Business Challenges” Sessions Paweł MotylCXO-level consultant & trainer Magda PetryniakGlobal Communication & Influence Advisor Mateusz ChrobokCybersecurity, AI and Startup consultant 1. Strategy, agility and engagement – Paweł MotylOne of the most serious challenges business leaders face today is the unpredictability caused by geopolitical and macroeconomic turbulence, generational shifts and the technological revolution unfolding before our eyes. This creates particular challenges for strategic management: long-term strategies that precisely define how an organisation will operate over the next several years are becoming less effective because of the volatility of the external environment, which requires frequent course corrections. As a result, organisations are moving towards agile and flexible approaches to strategic management, such as the zoom out – zoom in framework. However, using this methodology effectively requires a very high level of strategic awareness not only among senior executives, but across the entire workforce. During the workshop, participants will not only explore practical examples of implementing the zoom out – zoom in methodology, but will also exchange their own experiences and best practices in building and implementing strategy, as well as engaging employees in its execution. 2. Communication and influence as strategic competencies for technology leaders in launching transformation – Magda PetryniakIn a world of growing instability and increasing pressure to build cyber resilience, competitive advantage is created not only by organisations with better technology, but also by those whose leaders are able to effectively influence decisions related to transformation. Global risk analyses for 2026 clearly show the growing importance of geopolitical tensions, geoeconomic confrontation, disinformation and cyber risks as factors shaping organisations’ strategic decisions. This proposed workshop addresses precisely that gap: it develops technology leaders’ ability to build influence, conduct conversations with key stakeholders and communicate transformation in a way that increases the chances of decision-making, engagement and successful implementation. 3. Company and infrastructure security: incident 2026 – Mateusz ChrobokA 90-minute security simulation for management boards, in which participants do not merely listen to presentations about cyber risk — they manage it. They take on the role of the management board of a fictional capital group and, across three acts — the first hour after the attack, one day later and one week later — make the kinds of decisions that are usually made only once in a career. |
